Hi! I am Carlos, a graphic designer from Los Angeles. I was influenced in design by the vast amount of street art around me; the colorful graffiti, and the layers upon layers of street typography sparked interest in my creativity. Soon, I found interest in branding while working at a small print shop in Compton, CA designing custom apparel and brand identities for the community.
I eventually realized the potential of graphic design in its multiple media types. I discovered UX/UI systems through my passion for graphic design. I enjoy the process of researching and creating for user needs through effective interactions and problem solving. As a designer with a physical disability, I understand the importance of user needs, and frustrations. When I design I always look at problems in the best interest of both able and not able bodies touch points.
