For this project we had to pick two films and take snapshots while watching the documentary that talked about the topics of justice and political uprisings from minority groups. From these images we had to create a poster that also functioned as a brochure for future documentary viewings.

I learned how to set up and create a poster with strict guidelines. These guidelines acted as gutters where the poster would be folded to be used as a brochure for future movie viewing dates. I learned about compositing and negative space but also the importance of hierarchy from both the image and the text.
The starting point for this project was to gather images from different films, that would be featured on this poster series. These are some of the images I gathered from watching those films.
